Transit times are based on the shipping method chosen. Please see map below. The following shows how long it will take your merchandise to reach you once we have shipped your order, not from when you place your order.
- Fedex Ground:1-6 business days, but it is not guaranteed to be delivered by a specific date. See map below for how many days it should take to get to you once its shipped.
- Fedex Next Day Air-Arrives 1 business day after it’s shipped.
- Fedex 2nd Day Air - Arrives 2 business days after it’s shipped.
- Fedex 3 Day Air - Arrives 3 business days after it’s shipped.
FEDEX DOES NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES, APO, or FPO addresses. If there’s a street address with the PO Box number then we can ship to that address.
Orders shipped via Fedex can be tracked and have detailed delivery information. If you choose Standard Shipping as your delivery option and the package was delivered all claims must be made and taken up with the carrier and Dawes Custom Cosmetics is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, incorrect delivery, fraud or theft. If the carrier says they have delivered an order but you have not received it, we will not be able to resend or refund your order. We recommend you use Fedex.Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes,
There may at times such as holidays be shipping delays due to the post office. Please ensure you order far enough in advance to ensure you get them in time. Thank you!
If an incorrect address is entered at the time the order is placed and the package is undeliverable by the Post Office or Fedex one of two things will happen:
- If the order is returned to us we will email you for the correct address. Unfortunately, the carrier charges us to reship so we will have to charge you $7.95 for standard shipping to reship. If you need it sooner than that you can choose to pay to have to expedited shipping. If you don’t wish to pay to reship the product you will not be refunded as all sales are final.
- If the product isn’t returned to us we will not be able to refund or resend the product as this mistake wasn’t caused by us.
All items are final sale and we are not able to accept returns or refunds due to hygiene and because they are carefully created, custom, made-to-order blends. Please take time creating your product to ensure you’re creating something you love.
However, if we make a mistake, we will get you the correct product or refund you, whichever you would prefer. If a mistake happens, please email us at email@example.com within 3 business days of when you receive your makeup with a photo of the product you’ve received, details about the issue, and order number. If the error is ours, we'll also pay the return shipping costs (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Unfortunately, if your order is late we can’t refund you, so please order early or email and make sure we can make the date you need it by. If you choose a guaranteed shipping option and the order is late because FedEx made a mistake we should be able to refund your shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
