Dawes Custom Cosmetics Cancellation Policies and Fees:

When you schedule your custom lipstick appointment or makeup service with us, you are agreeing to these policies:

• To cancel or change your appointment, please contact us at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your reservation to avoid being charged for the full service.
• Your custom lipstick experience is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies.
• Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
• Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a 50% cancelation fee of the scheduled service.
• Upon the conclusion of your experience any additional products, experiences, or gratuities may be paid for either by credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or cash. Sorry, we do not accept checks.
