Cancellation Policies and Fees:

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies:

To cancel or change your appointment, please contact us at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your reservation to avoid being charged for the full service.

Your custom color bar experience is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service: $250 (not the total amount if you added extra products). Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a 50% cancelation fee of the scheduled service (not of add-ons).Upon the conclusion of your experience any additional products, experiences, or gratuities may be paid for either by credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or cash. Sorry, we do not accept checks.  

 

 

 

We recommend not wearing heavy perfumes so that you can smell all of the scents we offer, that you’d like in your perfume.
